Are you an ambitious maths educator ready to lead and inspire? At Holly House, we’re a community that builds ambition to achieve potential. We’re seeking a creative, resilient Maths Leader to join our specialist team supporting pupils aged 7–14 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

You’ll lead the intent, implementation, and impact of our maths curriculum, teaching in well-resourced classrooms and supporting colleagues to deliver engaging, mastery-based lessons that build fluency, reasoning, and problem-solving. As a class pastoral lead, you’ll provide daily check-ins and restorative support, helping pupils overcome barriers and achieve their best. You’ll work closely with families and professionals, using data and EHCPs to personalise learning and celebrate every success.

Our vision is to nurture independence, happiness, and a sense of value in every child. We believe in Relationship, Respect, and Responsibility, and our trauma-informed, nurturing approach ensures every pupil is seen, heard, and supported. You’ll join a forward-thinking team, committed to high expectations, inclusion, and continuous professional growth, with access to CPD, Maths Hub networks, and a strong wellbeing offer.

We offer:

  • Small class sizes and excellent resources
  • TLR for Maths Leadership
  • Ongoing CPD and opportunities to innovate
  • A supportive, ambitious staff community
  • The chance to shape lives and see your impact every day

You are:

  • QTS/QTLS qualified with maths teaching experience (KS2/KS3)
  • Experienced or aspiring subject leader, passionate about mastery and inclusion
  • Reflective, emotionally resilient, and values-driven
  • Committed to teamwork, professional development, and evidence-informed practice
