    What is the job role?

    As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will help ensure that the lunchtime period is a safe, positive and enjoyable part of the school day. Your responsibilities will include supervising pupils in the dining hall, playground and classrooms as needed, encouraging good behaviour, and supporting children in developing positive play and social skills. You will help promote healthy eating habits, manage minor first-aid incidents, and follow school policies to maintain a calm and caring environment.

    This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a friendly, approachable manner. If you enjoy working with children and contributing to a supportive school community, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference.
