Join our Licensing team as a Licensing Administrator and play a vital role in supporting efficient, timely, and effective service delivery. What You’ll Be Doing
You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing clear and sensitive advice in line with policies. Your responsibilities include processing licensing applications and payments, managing records, supporting service projects, and working closely with colleagues and partner agencies to ensure smooth operations. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help uphold the integrity of our licensing service.
