We are looking for an experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our passionate, hard working and supportive team. We are a very happy, inclusive and friendly Church school with dedicated staff and Governors, supportive parents and wonderful children. We are in the process of joining CDLT (Chester Diocese Learning Trust) as one of their group of schools. New members of our team will be CDLT employees by their start date.

We are looking for:

Experience of supporting high quality teaching within KS1.

Ability to develop good relationships with children, colleagues and parents.

Understanding of child development and supporting teaching and learning.

Positive behaviour management.

Ability to work constructively as part of a team.

Willingness to show initiative and apply common sense.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience of working with children within the KS1. Hours of work will be 8:30-3:30 Monday to Friday. We would be happy to discuss flexibility in this working pattern at interview.
