About the Service and Team
The Home Ownership team manages 1300 leasehehold properties. This includes service charge and major works billing and collection, right to buy and resales, the councils buy back scheme and carrying out Section 20 consultation for major works.About the Role and Our Ideal Candidate
An excellent opportunity has arisen for the role of Sales & Services Officer, within the Home Ownership Team. We are looking for someone who is customer focused, a team player
and preferably with an experience in leasehold services (not essential).
Working with a friendly and supportive team you'll be responsible for processing Right To Buy applications, preparing solicitor packs for onward sales, responding to solicitor enquiries and other leasehold enquiries communicating by phone & email.
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate their skills and behaviours for the role in
line with the role profile, including:
- Ability to work independently, exercising good initiative and judgement
- Good use of written and verbal communication and possess good IT skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and proven time management skills.
- Proven experience and ability to deliver excellent customer care
- Proven attention to detail and ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets

Salary range
- £35,554 - £39,310 per year
