Learning Mentor
We are looking to appoint a person who will share our vision for high quality education for all our children and also shows enthusiasm and motivation to:
To work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to address the needs of pupils, who need help and support to overcome barriers to learning, both inside and outside school to achieve to their full potential.
To develop positive one to one mentoring relationships with pupils identified as needing support.
To contribute to raising standards of attainment, improving attendance, reducing exclusions and maintaining good standards of behaviour
To support all children to feel happy and safe in school.
The school offers all of their staff fantastic support within a strong programme of professional development.
Work Pattern
35 hours per week
Term time only plus inset days (39 weeks)
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils and expect all staff to share this commitment. An enhanced DBS is needed for this post. Two references will be taken up for all short-listed candidates prior to interview or appointment.

Salary range
- £25,183 - £28,624 per year
