    We’re looking for a Level 3 Learning Assistant initially working in Key Stage 1 to join our Broad Oak Family.

    We’re Broad Oak a nurturing, three-form entry primary school with a big heart. Our children are at the centre of everything we do and we’re proud of our strong relationships with families and the wider community. Our staff are hardworking, dedicated and always ready to support one another and our pupils are enthusiastic, well-behaved and full of curiosity.

    Required as soon as possible

    We’re looking for someone who:

    • Is flexible, reliable and happy to step in and cover supervise when needed.
    • Can build great relationships with children and adults alike.
    • Works well as part of a team and brings a positive attitude.
    • Can support all pupils by responding to their individual needs.
    • Believes in inclusion and celebrates every child’s uniqueness.
    • Has good literacy and numeracy skills.
    • Is proactive, organised and shows initiative.
    • Has experience working with children especially in KS1 and RWI Phonics (that’s a bonus!).
