The Governors of this warm, friendly and hardworking school are seeking to appoint for a September start a Learning Assistant Level 2 + SEN to support children in our school.

Experience of working in Early Years/KS1 would be an advantage.

  • The contract is temporary linked to external funding. This will cease when the funding ceases or the child leaves the school.

Haydock English Martyrs is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.

Hours are 25 per week, term time only plus 5 days. Monday to Friday starting at 8.45 am until 2.15 pm initially. some of the time may involve daily supervision of SEND pupils at lunchtime.
