    Thatto Heath Community Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and creative Learning Assistant level 2 to join our friendly and committed team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where professional development is encouraged, and every child is valued.

    We are looking for someone who:

    • Is flexible, reliable and able to work as part of a team with pupils in KS2 year groups including those children with Special Educational Needs.
    • Is able to support small groups of pupils with literacy and numeracy interventions
    • Can support teaching staff in terms of administration and display work, including record keeping.
    • Can contribute to a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe, supported and valued.
    • Can establish positive relationships with parents/carers
    • Will contribute to the ethos of the school by supporting whole school curricular activities and events.

    The temporary positions are to July 2026 but may be extended.
