Charnwood Borough Council is seeking a Learning and Organisational Development Officer to organise and coordinate the Councils Corporate Learning programme.
This role is central to providing and delivering a whole range of training programmes across the organisation, including Induction, appraisal and Apprenticeship requirements, as well as leading on the Council’s Workforce Development Strategy.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar field, have knowledge of learning and development interventions and how it relates to individual and organisational performance. Excellent customer service skills and an ability to work independently while maintaining good working relationships with colleagues at all levels are essential in this role.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Council in this new role, where you will have the opportunity to shape the strategy by supporting various corporate projects and initiatives.
