Learning and Development Assistant

Join our team as a learning and development assistant!

18.5 hours per week ideally across 3 days

£12.65 - £12.85 per hour / £24,404 - £24,790 pro rata per annum (pay award pending)

Work location will be confirmed but is expected to be a hybrid role

At Active4Today, we’re on a mission to empower our staff through high-quality training and development and we need a dynamic, detail-orientated learning and development assistant to help us make it happen.

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinating internal training programmes and keeping staff qualifications up to date
• Liaising with training providers and apprentices to ensure everyone gets the learning they need
• Managing induction checklists and training records
• Using digital platforms to share resources and track progress
• Supporting our commitment to safeguarding, equality, and health & safety

What we’re looking for:

• A confident communicator who can build strong relationships across teams
• Organised, proactive, and great with IT systems like MS Office and HR platforms
• Experience in admin and HR environments is a must
• A genuine interest in the sports and leisure industry is a bonus!
