We are a relatively new Council and as such are looking for talented individuals to join our Learning and Development team, to support the development needs of our workforce to ultimately provide the best quality services for our residents.

You should also be able to deliver in both face-to-face and virtual classrooms, as these are both essential to the role.
You should be professionally curious and able to identify creative and interesting ways to develop our staff across a wide range of services. You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support learners at all levels of the organisation.
You will need to be flexible and able to adapt your work to changing business needs, and you should have strong organisation skills and comfortable working in a busy office environment as part of a wider HR team.
