This is an exciting opportunity to join our Commissioning Team, where you’ll play a key role in shaping and improving services across a range of areas. You’ll lead on commissioning activity, working collaboratively with stakeholders, providers, and service users to ensure services are responsive, effective, and aligned with strategic priorities.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a strong understanding of the commissioning cycle

• Can work confidently with complex needs and vulnerable groups

• Is skilled in partnership working across systems and sectors

• Can manage contracts, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement

• Is creative, analytical, and committed to improving outcomes

You’ll be responsible for leading commissioning projects, developing market intelligence, and ensuring services are co-produced and evidence-based. Whether it’s working with internal teams, external providers, or communities, you’ll bring a whole-system perspective and a passion for making services better.
