Entry requirement: Candidates must have an English and Mathematics GCSE at grade 4 or higher or equivalent. You will be asked to provide evidence of Maths and English certificates.
Working Week: Full time, 36 hours per week including training.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is interested in developing a career in Project Management within a fast-paced environment and supporting multiple projects. At Enfield Council we're working to create a more vibrant, greener and healthier borough through the Journeys and Places Programme. You will be part of a PMO team who support the delivery of projects which are enhancing town centres, making neighbourhoods safer, and delivering walking and cycling networks.
About the role
As the Programme Support Officer apprentice, you will be the key point of contact and support for many projects across the portfolio. with responsibility for providing a range of support functions. Through the support you provide, you will gain great exposure and experience in matters relating to project governance, procurement, budget management, risk management and continuous improvement.
This role will suit someone with the commitment and desire to work towards becoming an Associate Project Manager (Level 4) and student membership of the Association for Project Management (APM).
Although some hybrid working is available, the role is predominantly based at the Civic Centre, Enfield.
