About the Role
As a Technical Officer (Development & AI), you’ll report to the Principal Solutions Architect (Development & AI) and assist with the operation of the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA) AI and internally developed systems throughout their system lifecycle and the handling of incidents and problems related to these systems through to resolution.
You will be responsible for proactive, preventative measures and play an active role in support, guidance and escalation routes for Service Centre colleagues.
This is a hybrid role allowing a mix of onsite (minimum 2 days per week) and remote working to best suit business needs.

- - Hands-on experience working with corporate AI solutions (Copilot, Agentspace)
- - A collaborative and proactive approach to supporting others
- - Strong technical and problem-solving skills with a focus on service improvement
- - Knowledge of development languages

- - A positive approach to maintaining a healthy work-life balance

Salary range
- £36,569 - £42,978 per year
