INTERAL APPLICANTS ONLY - Experienced Social Worker - NQSW Team

We are currently recruiting Experienced Social Workers to join our Children's Social Work and Children in Care Services as part of our Newly Qualified Social Work Teams. If you have a passion for role modelling good practice and supporting the learning and development of NQSW’s, this role could be for you.

We have two NQSW teams in Medway, one in CIC and one in CSWT. You are welcome to specify a preference in your application. The role will include co-working, role modelling and supporting the learning and development of your newly qualified colleagues, who will be completing their ASYE, alongside managing your own (capped) caseload.

About You

You will hold a recognised Social Work qualification eg. Degree in Social Work, PGC in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW or equivalent and be registered with Social Work England.

You will have successfully completed your ASYE

You will have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
