Instrumental/Vocal Music Tutor - Guitar

The role involves: • Teaching Guitar/Ukulele to whole classes of Key Stage Two age children in primary schools throughout the borough • Teaching Guitar to small groups (3-4 children) and individuals in primary and secondary schools throughout the borough • Working three days per week (including a Friday) Benefits of working for Barnsley Music Service: • Opportunity to work with a thriving team of music tutors, with brilliant young people and in excellent schools • Permanent, salaried position on Teachers’ terms and conditions (unqualified scale 3-6) with pay during school holidays • Term time working pattern with the benefit of school holidays • Access to Teachers’ pension • Laptop Interviews will take place week commencing 14th July.
