You will be leading the delivery of the Income, Homeownership and Tenancy Sustainment services for the Council’s Landlord Service across 5000 homes to enable our communities to thrive and our tenants to sustain their tenancies.
We are looking for an experienced Income Manager to lead on the efficient and effective collection of Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Income streams for the Landlord Service and in so doing, ensuring compliance with both legislation and regulation.
The role contributes to the financial resilience of the HRA as well as that of our customers by supporting them to sustain their tenancies or leases whilst managing and mitigating risks associated with arrears, bad debt, legal action and leasehold disputes.
The role demands a focus on income recovery for all income streams- rental, homeownership, rechargeable repairs, etc, and is the subject matter expert to ensure the maximisation of income for the HRA
The role is vital in ensuring the delivery of a right first time, quality customer service whilst also driving up customer satisfaction and working in partnership across teams, to promote and enable effective customer engagement.
Reporting to the Service Lead (Landlord Services), we are looking for an exceptional candidate, to join us at an exciting time as we help shape future services and how they are delivered against the backdrop of regulatory inspection preparation and the opportunities presented by LGR.

Salary range
- £61,385 - £67,596 per year
