What will you be doing?

We have an exciting opportunity to take on a Team Manager role within Financial Assessment and Income. The position of Income Recovery Team Manager for our Projects team is based in Maidstone. The position available is a 1-year fixed term contract, full time (37 hours per week).

As a Team Manager in Income Recovery, you will be responsible for implementing and ensuring an effective debt recovery process designed to maximise income received into the authority. The position plays a key role in managing our Income Recovery Project Team, planning, delivering and monitoring of project outcomes. The successful candidate will produce detailed analysis on project outcomes and help to shape best practice from these outcomes into process improvements.

You will, through excellent technical knowledge and a pro-active approach, implement new and innovative ideas to improve income recovery and reduce debt owed to the authority. Working closely with your team to resolve disputes quickly and effectively, ensuring an efficient recovery process.

Positive, engaging and adaptable to change, you will take an active role in the conception and development of ideas for improvement and demonstrate enthusiasm in every aspect of service delivery.
