Temporary – up to 6 months

NS4 £24,404 - £24,790 per annum

37 hours per week

What you will do in this role:

  • Participate and assist in all aspects of income accounting administration
  • Administer the rent refund process
  • Calculate and process Direct Debit applications
  • Liaise with all relevant parties
  • Provide assistance and guidance to tenants where appropriate

What are we looking for in the successful candidate?

  • Experience of working in an office environment
  • Experience of dealing directly with the public
  • Able to demonstrate a tactful and sensitive approach
  • High level of numeracy
  • Comfortable working with financial data and ICT systems
  • Able to organise and prioritise your own work to ensure that deadlines are met
