    The Role:

    • The role of ICT Technical Professional will deliver 2nd Line Support for key corporate financial applications in use across the authority including Civica ICON Income Management, Civica Hosted Payments, SAP Enterprise Resource Planning System and Bottomline PTX (BACS), ensuring timely resolution of any escalated technical issues
    • As an ICT Technical Professional part of your duties will be managing and resolving incidents, including any high-impact or priority calls, working closely with ICT colleagues and any third party support partners to restore service and minimise business disruption
    • The role of ICT Technical Professional will monitor any Start of Day (SOD) or End or Day (EOD) System Processes, ensuring all financial systems are operational and ready for day to day business use by our users and residents
    • In the role of ICT Technical Professional you will support transformational projects, contributing your technical expertise to the implementation and ongoing support of existing and new solutions, application upgrades, and any functionality enhancements across financial applications
    • As an ICT Technical Professional you will maintain and update internal knowledge base, including technical documentation, troubleshooting steps, and known issue logs to support consistent and efficient service delivery
    • The role of ICT Technical Professional will collaborate with Service Areas Across the Authority to support the rollout of any new applications, developments or functionalities, ensuring smooth integration and user adoption
    • As an ICT Technical Professional you will ensure Compliance with ITIL Frameworks, particularly in incident, problem, and change management practices
