We are currently seeking a highly motivated, dedicated and diligent HRA Compliance Officer to play an integral role in ensuring our housing landlord health & safety obligations are met. Focusing on the electrical and asbestos workstreams, you will be responsible for procuring and managing related contracts and programmes of work, delivering high quality services that offer value for money, supporting accurate data and performance reporting, and highlighting any areas of non-compliance.

You will need to have a relevant level 4 qualification (such as an HNC or HND in Compliance, Building or Surveying) or be working towards this, experience of statutory landlord compliance and servicing programmes in the social housing sector or a similar operating environment, and knowledge of contracting relationships and related quality standards. We understand you may currently be working in another department though so if you’ve got excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to address any gaps in your knowledge and experience swiftly, then we want to hear from you.
