Are you an HR professional looking to build on your experience?
As a HR Consultant in the Policy and Reward Team you will play a key role in shaping an inclusive and supportive workplace.
As an HR Consultant in our Team, you will:
• Design and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Work on projects and initiatives across pay, reward, wellbeing, staff benefits and recognition.
• Coordinate and administer processes and support with contract management.
• Build productive relationships: Collaborate with stakeholders, Trade Unions and customers.
• Show resilience and adaptability: Balance competing priorities and deliver to timescales in a dynamic environment.
What We’re Looking for:
• HR Expertise: CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience.
• Policy and Reward Knowledge: Understanding of people management policies and practices, including local government terms and conditions of employment, pay and reward, staff benefits, wellbeing and delivering projects.
• Advisory and Communication Skills: Confidently advise managers and stakeholders.
