
HR Business Partner
Fixed Term Contract – 6 Months

Your Impact will:
- Lead on innovative HR strategies, supporting managers to achieve outstanding organisational outcomes.
- Act as a critical friend and change agent, coaching and advising on key people matters, while serving as a fundamental asset to the directorate you support.
- Drive delivery of key HR initiatives including workforce planning, recruitment, and equalities & inclusion.
- Provide expert advice, negotiate solutions, and facilitate change management to support our evolving needs.
- Champion continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance service quality and generate revenue.
- Build strong relationships across all levels, fostering confidence in HR and constructive Trade Union partnerships.
- Stay up to date with employment legislation, best practice and ensure compliance with GDPR and health & safety policies.
- Contribute to exciting projects including TUPE transfers, restructures, and job evaluations.

Salary range
- £58,461 - £61,653 per year
