An exciting opportunity is available to start a career in HR, by joining Chelmsford City Council as an apprentice!
The successful applicant will work towards a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship and will support us in delivering a high-quality service, carrying out administrative tasks relating to HR, Training and Payroll. Day to day tasks include data inputting, assisting in the organisation of training courses and maintenance of training records and responding to queries from both internal and external customers.
The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate a good attention to detail and have good communication skills.
Experience of using computer packages including Word, Excel and Outlook is essential, along with GCSE grade 4/C or above in English and Maths or equivalent.
The role is for 37 hours per week. Time will be given during the working week to study and complete assignments as necessary.
Interviews are currently scheduled for 17th July.
