
HR Advisor
The Vacancy
We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our friendly, busy HR team and play a key role in supporting colleagues across the organisation.
What you’ll be doing:
This is a hands-on generalist role with real variety, reporting to the Strategic HR Business Partner. You will support the full employee lifecycle including managing a range of employee relations cases, supporting restructures, organisational change, workforce reports, recruitment and the delivery of HR initiatives (including Wellbeing, Learning & Development and HR policies).
What we’re looking for:
As well as being able to demonstrate the required HR skills and experience, including level 5 CIPD and a degree (or relevant by experience), we are looking for someone who is a confident communicator who can build trust and influence at all levels and who thrives in a values-led culture.

The role is full time, working hybrid, with travel to the office, in Huntingdon. We are happy to consider flexible working requests and part-time working patterns (minimum 0.8 FTE or 30 hours per week).
