The role:
- Liverpool City Council are looking for talented and passionate individuals for an exciting opportunity to be part of the Councils approach to tackling the housing and homelessness challenges in our city
- As a Rough Sleeper Commissioning and Contract Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, safety, and effectiveness of emergency and temporary accommodation services for rough sleepers and for households and individuals experiencing homelessness
- You will oversee contract monitoring, quality assurance, and provider relationships, ensuring services meet the highest standards of client satisfaction, dignity, and respect. Using data-driven insights, you will track and evaluate provider performance, benchmark services against national standards, and drive continuous improvement through collaborative working
- You will work closely with providers to address service failures, implement improvements, and ensure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements. Your expertise will contribute to the development of a comprehensive Quality Assurance Framework, supporting service innovation and best practices

Salary range
- £51,356 - £56,673 per year
