Job Title: Housing Quality Officer
Salary: £39,027 – £44,463 per annum
Grade: E
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 37 hours per week

About the Role
As Housing Quality Officer, you will:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory consumer standards through robust quality assurance and service improvement initiatives.
- Use performance analysis, best practices, and benchmarking data to identify and implement service improvements.
- Develop mechanisms for resident feedback and support the investigation of complaints, ensuring lessons learned are embedded.
- Monitor and drive the delivery of service plans, self-assessments, improvement plans, audit recommendations, and inspection findings.
- Support housing teams in achieving objectives and maintaining business continuity plans.
- Produce reports, briefings, and bulletins for a range of audiences.
- Stay informed on all Housing service operations to identify and propose service improvement initiatives that enhance resident satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a candidate with:

Experience in performance monitoring, quality assurance, and service improvement within Housing or a related sector.

Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and drive improvements.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to work effectively with residents, teams, and external partners.

Knowledge of regulatory consumer standards and an understanding of best practices in housing service delivery.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, implement action plans, and monitor service performance.
