Are you a team player who enjoys working in a busy housing environment supporting customers meet their housing needs?

We are looking for someone like you to join our team! If we are a good fit for you, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects including the assessment of housing applications, the allocation of housing and providing housing advice to our customers.

What will you be doing?

  • Assessing applications for eligibility and qualification for the council’s housing register.
  • Giving housing advice to customers
  • Working as a team to allocate housing in line with our housing register and allocations policy

About you

As an ideal candidate, you will have:

  • Housing knowledge, preferably related to the allocation of social housing
  • Great customer service skills
  • Be organised and detailed focused
  • Experience of working with others to deliver results
