About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientated person to join our housing options service. In this role, you will deliver an excellent customer-focused service, supporting the team.
Responsibilities will include managing housing register applications, administering temporary accommodation charges, liaising with internal departments and external agencies, providing accurate data inputting and reporting.
You will also play a key role in maintaining housing systems, supporting freedom of information and subject access requests and contributing to projects aimed at preventing homelessness. This is a varied and rewarding role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality services.
You will also need to demonstrate the following:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deliver a professional and empathic approach to both internal and external customers.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with experience in managing data input, maintaining accurate records and handling complex cases.
- Experience with databases, word, excel
- Basic DBS required
