
Home Adaptation Surveyor
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Home Adaptation Surveyor to join our Worcestershire Home Adaptations service. In this role, you will design and plan large scale adaptation works for customers living with disabilities and long term health conditions.
You will play a key role in supporting customers to live independently in their own home or continue to live with the assistance of carers.
The postholder will be responsible for designing and planning the necessary space and adaptions recommended by health care professionals, working closely alongside Occupational Therapists, local authorities, Registered Providers and other external organisations such as contractors.
Each case is different giving you a wide range of projects to work on. You will take the case through its initial design and planning stage through to completion.

- The role requires a flexible approach with the ability to visit customers properties through the county of Worcestershire. You will need to have good communication skills, and must be confident to work through challenges and problem solve to successfully complete projects. You need to have a qualification in Building and construction or equivalent..

- The post is open to hybrid working.
