    Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Coundon Primary School Start Date: September 2026, Upper KS2

    Coundon Primary School is a dynamic, forward-thinking school with a strong commitment to high standards, inclusion and continuous improvement. We are seeking to appoint a skilled and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team from September.

    This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced practitioner ready to take the next step beyond a Teaching Assistant role. We are looking for a confident and motivated individual who can make a real difference, particularly within Upper Key Stage 2.

    The successful candidate will:

    · Demonstrate strong experience supporting teaching and learning

    · Lead and manage learning for individuals, small groups and whole classes as required

    · Work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality provision

    · Show initiative, resilience and a proactive approach

    · Be committed to raising standards and supporting all pupils to succeed
