HIA Surveyor Manager

Oxford City Council has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Surveyor Manager to help deliver a wide range of disabled adaptations and housing solutions for older people, disabled adults and disabled children. The Surveyor Manager will also manage the team and provide cross service support as necessary. The postholder will also be expected to handle their own caseload.

The role holder will be responsible for providing advice on adaptations, designing and specifying solutions, commissioning work, monitoring quality of work and providing technical advice to other professionals.

The role holder will manage their own caseload and work independently utilising best practice and technical knowledge to meet the demands of service users. The ability to be creative and solve problems on the spot is essential as this skill will be required daily.
