    About the role

    We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HSW/HR Assistant to join our team supporting both Health, Safety and Wellbeing and HR.

    This is more than just a support role — it’s an opportunity to be part of a team that champions wellbeing, drives innovation, and supports a thriving workplace culture.

    Additional information

    • Strong communication and organisational skills.
    • Confidence in interpreting and presenting data.
    • Experience supporting projects and producing management reports.
    • Knowledge of procurement processes and HSW policies.
    • Proficiency in Office 365 (or willingness to learn).
    • Minimum GCSE grade 4 (or equivalent); A-levels or relevant qualifications are a plus.
