    The role:

    • We’re looking for a thoughtful and well-organised Health and Wellbeing Support Officer to join our Sport and Recreation team at Liverpool City Council. This is a rewarding opportunity to support residents across the city by helping them access vital services such as GP Exercise Referral, Falls Prevention, and NHS Health Checks
    • You’ll be responsible for managing referrals, maintaining accurate records, and offering a calm, compassionate first point of contact for those seeking support. A key part of your role will involve triaging enquiries, often of a sensitive nature, with empathy and sound judgement, ensuring individuals are directed to the most appropriate services
    • This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, has a keen eye for detail, and is confident working both independently and as part of a wider team. You’ll be working across Lifestyles Centres and community settings, helping to ensure a seamless experience for service users
