Due to the retirement of our longstanding and highly respected headteacher, we are looking for an exceptional new leader who will embrace our values and build on our success to lead our school forward with energy, enthusiasm and care.
We are seeking a headteacher who shares our vision, values and commitment to excellence.

Mersey Park is a school with very strong relationships and a happy working environment. Visitors always comment on the calm and warm working environment and the excellent behavior of the pupils. Governors are knowledgeable and supportive of the school and make decisions with children at the centre.
We are looking for a headteacher who:
Will care for all of our children, ensuring that they all receive the best education and achieve their very best
Will value and support all staff members in order that they are in the best position to support all pupils, providing them with good quality continuous professional development
Will continue to nurture strong relationships with all our families
Will have high expectations for our children

Salary range
- £77,924 - £90,255 per year
