We are seeking an outstanding Head of M&E and Compliance to join our team and drive excellence in all aspects of our social housing landlord compliance functions. Following the Council's Regulator of Social Housing's C1 rating, you will make a major contribution to ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and our continued drive to improve service delivery for the benefit of the Council's residents.

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Ability to engage, coach and motivate teams and set clear targets and expectations
- Demonstrable experience of leading and managing technical staff
- Experience of managing and controlling Mechanical and Electrical programmes and delivering successful outcomes
- A successful track record of achievement at managerial level in shaping and implementing positive change through good management and the use of performance and technical data
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations pertaining to landlord compliance activities.
- Passion for driving excellence in performance and delivering outstanding results.
Key Relationships: In this role, you will collaborate with senior-level consultants, contractors, council officers, elected members, and third-party organisations to drive effective planning, exchange critical information, and ensure seamless service delivery.
