The Opportunity

In this pivotal role, you will:
- Lead the Council’s Local Plan and CIL through to adoption
- Shape the Strategic Growth Plan in partnership with key stakeholders
- Champion innovation through our Biodiversity Strategy and Design Code
You’ll head up the Local Plan Team and manage a talented group of specialists in heritage, landscape, ecology, and design. This is a unique opportunity to influence place-making at scale, deliver sustainable growth, and leave a lasting legacy.
