Your work will support Williamson Park’s ambition to become a nationally recognised destination for leisure, events, and weddings.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will lead and supervise the grounds maintenance team, overseeing tasks such as hedge cutting, mowing, strimming, planting, and arboriculture. Managing equipment servicing and health and safety compliance will be key, alongside training new staff and collaborating with volunteers. You’ll also be responsible for driving fleet vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes with trailers, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting event setups.

You’ll Fit Right In If…
You hold a Level 3 qualification in horticulture or arboriculture and have the necessary CS38, CS39, CS41, and woodchipper certifications. A full driving licence is essential for this role. You’re experienced in public-facing roles and passionate about working collaboratively, taking ownership, and striving for excellence.
