Job overview: We are looking to appoint a dynamic Governance Professional to provide executive administrative and governance support to the CEO, Trust Board and Local Governing Bodies.
To contribute towards the efficient functioning a Trust Board and its committees by providing:
• administrative and organisational support;
• guidance to ensure that the Trust works in compliance with the appropriate legal and
• Regulatory framework, and understands the potential consequences for noncompliance; and advice on procedural matters relating to the operation of the board.
• support the development and effectiveness of governance arrangements across the Trust.
Who are we looking for?The right candidate will have:
• 4 GCSEs (A*-C / 9-4).
• Minimum level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in governance, education, administration or human resources.
• Experience of administrative systems and procedures.
• Ability to prioritise work to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience supporting governing boards, committees or senior leadership meetings.
• Excellent organisation skills.
• Flexible approach to work including the ability to work some evenings.

Salary range
- £39,152 - £46,142 per year
