As a Fleet Administrator, you will play a central role in ensuring the effective operation of Fleet Services. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate fleet data, processing job cards and invoices, administering vehicle and equipment hires, and supporting supplier and documentation processes. You will also produce essential reports that support efficient service delivery.
Your professionalism in managing customer enquiries and completing documentation will contribute to maintaining a safe, compliant and cost‑effective fleet. Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers, you will provide high-quality administrative and technical support to help deliver a reliable and well-organised fleet service for the Council.

You will be confident working with data and IT systems, able to manage competing priorities, and skilled at communicating with colleagues, suppliers and customers.

Salary range
