  • maintain accurate records and contribute to performance analysis and service improvement

We’re looking for someone who:

  • communicates effectively across multiple channels
  • has strong organisational and analytical skills
  • understands housing benefits, welfare systems, and safeguarding principles
  • is resilient, empathetic, and committed to high-quality customer service
  • has experience supporting individuals in financial difficulty and conducting income assessments

Why join us? At Crawley Homes, we believe in empowering our tenants and supporting our staff. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that values inclusion, continuous improvement, and making a tangible impact in the community.

We recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible, as we may close this advert before the stated closing date if enough applications are received.
