All about the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Targeted Support Service previously known as Early Helpwithin Children's Services for a fixed term Family Worker. We are seeking someone who is eager to be part of a service thatis dedicatedto providing the best outcomes for children, youngpeople and families in Peterborough. This is anopportunity for you to be part of a dynamic team who support families whorequire a level of targetedsupport. The role will be to work directly with families and young people aged 0-19 years in the familyhome and community.
The successful candidate will have:
- A proactive and adaptable approach
- A passion for ensuring that Children and Families receive a positive andtimelyfirstexperience of our service
- Experience of working with children and families
- Understand the Early Help Assessment framework
Appointment to this post will be subject to the outcome of an Enhanced Disclosure obtained through theDisclosure and Barring Service.
Interviews will be held on the 13th and 14th August.
