Family Support Worker (maternity cover)
We are looking for an experienced and skilled temporary part time (28.5hrs) Grade 7 Family Support Worker to join our Safeguarding Team. This position is to cover maternity from 1st September 2025.
The successful candidate will be a special person who will work alongside our fantastic Safeguarding and Welfare Officer working with a variety of families supported by TAF, CiN, CP and LAC. We need someone who is able to communicate effectively with children, parents, carers and other professionals. We would like someone who can run parenting support groups, deliver ELSA and has TAF training.

Experience as a Learning Mentor or Family Support Worker or within a Safeguarding Role is more important than a formal degree qualification for this role.

Working hours: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8:00-6:00pm term time only including all INSET days.

Salary range
