Redbridge Children and Families Services was recently rated Outstanding by Ofsted for the second time and is now looking to recruit into a range of roles as we take forward the DfEs Families First for Children Pathfinder Programme.

This exciting new Pathfinders programme will support families to access the right help at the right time to overcome challenges, stay together and thrive. Aligned with this will be expert multi-agency safeguarding arrangements to protect children and young people from harm.

In taking forward the Pathfinders programme, Redbridge is recruiting into its Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) and is looking for an experienced Family Support Worker.

You will be working in a dynamic, thriving and highly supportive working environment. We have a wealth of training opportunities to develop your professional pathway, and you will receive monthly supervision and a performance management review from experienced managers. MASH was described as a "model of excellence" in the 2019 Ofsted inspection, where Redbridge Childrens Services was graded "Outstanding" and again in 2024. The team is known for having innovative ideas, good supervision, regular reflective space, excellent learning opportunities and nurtures professional development.

We are looking for individuals who want to be part of a pioneering team that supports families in managing challenging behaviours through home visits, community resource referrals, and direct work with children.

If you're ready to take on a rewarding role that offers both professional growth and the chance to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!
