- Develop and review family action plans, ensuring they are clear, outcome-focused, and family-led.
- Build consistent relationships with children and families.

- Develop and deliver creative, evidence-based interventions grounded in professional curiosity, anti-oppressive practice, and systemic approaches.
- Maintain high standards of case recording and data management, ensuring compliance with GDPR and service policies.
- Prepare reports for multi-agency reviews, case conferences, and courts as required.
- Contribute to service development and team activities.
What We’re Looking For
- Substantial experience supporting vulnerable children, young people, and families on complex issues (e.g., safeguarding, parenting, education, mental health, domestic abuse, exploitation).
- Experience working with child protection and safeguarding concerns.
- Strong ability to build relationships across services and work collaboratively in a multi-agency context.
- Excellent communication, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience in social work, health, youth work, or related field.
- Commitment to anti-oppressive practice, equality, and diversity.
- Flexibility to meet the needs of the service.
