
Facilities Manager

Lea Green Centre is looking for a committed Facilities Management Officer to join our team and help deliver high‑quality catering, domestic and support services across our vibrant outdoor education centre.
About the Role
As our Facilities Management Officer, you will oversee the day‑to‑day delivery of catering, cleaning and domestic services, ensuring they meet quality standards and operate efficiently within set budgets. You will line-manage catering, cleaning and caretaking teams, providing clear direction, fair task allocation and supportive supervision.
Working closely with centre managers, visiting groups, staff and external partners, you’ll play a key role in keeping Lea Green running smoothly — from menu planning and allergen management to stock control, rotas, maintenance coordination and financial processes.
This role will Include evening & weekend working.

The job may require unsocial hours working including weekends and Bank Holidays. Payment arrangements will be detailed in any contract offer made.
Saturday and Sunday hours will be paid at plain time where it is part of your normal working pattern unless it is between 7pm and 7am, where enhanced rates of pay apply. Enhanced pay rates are paid for Bank Holiday working.

Salary range
- £29,719 - £31,691 per year
