** External role with Tivoli - Lifestyle Manager, Arundel **

In collaboration with our service delivery partner, Tivoli, we are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking individual to lead, operate, and develop our outdoor recreation service—branded as Tivoli Lifestyle—across the Arun district. This vibrant area includes two popular coastal resort towns and extensive green spaces.

The service encompasses a variety of outdoor activities, including (but not limited to) adventure golf, bowling greens, football pitches, and tennis courts.

At the heart of this role is a commitment to enhancing the wellbeing of Arun’s residents. You will bring essential expertise in promoting healthy lifestyles and unlocking the full potential of the district’s open spaces.

As a champion of innovation and continuous improvement, you will drive the development of modern, engaging, and income-generating services that resonate with the public and meet evolving community needs.

You will also be responsible for governance, ensuring all operations comply with relevant council and company policies, as well as legislative and regulatory standards.
