Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting senior leaders to deliver exceptional results? We’re looking for an Executive Support Officer to join our Leadership Support Team and play a pivotal role in enabling the Leader of the Council, Chief Executive, and Corporate Leadership Team (CLT) to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide first-class administrative and organisational support to senior executives.
• Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and ensure priorities are met.
• Act as a trusted partner, handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Support corporate projects, prepare reports and presentations, and assist during emergencies.
• Maintain efficient systems for communication, filing, and data management.

What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience as a PA or in executive support, with excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence in managing multiple priorities.
• A proactive, professional approach with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.

This role may occasionally require evening work to facilitate late meetings.

Whilst we have a hybrid working approach with an expectation that you will work from the Civic Centre in Folkestone at least one day per week, which is generally Tuesdays, the successful candidate will also need to be flexible in line with service requirements.
