
Executive Support Officer
We are a centrally led administrative function which offers high quality business support across the organisation.

We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Officer permanent, 27 hours a week.
The role is primarily office based with flexible home working arrangements based on business needs.
We are looking to appoint an experienced Executive Support Officer with a 'can do' attitude to join the team.
You will work closely with our Senior Leadership/Wider Leadership Teams, providing an exceptional level of support and regularly engage with other areas of the Council.

Some of your responsibilities will include:-
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Leadership Team/Wider Leadership Team.
- Manage and maintain appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Coordinate and organise meetings, including preparing agendas and taking action notes/minutes.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as required.
We are looking for you to have,
- Proven experience in an executive support or similar role
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities
- Proactive mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A 'can do' attitude to join the team
- Experience in taking action notes of meetings, some of these being in-house and multi-agency meetings.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary range
- £27,254 - £30,024 per year
